We all know. South Korea once used a DDG to force Iran to submit. (Although the South Korean navy is only stronger than North Korea in East Asia). So our problem is.

Why can North Korea, which has no war experience for 70 years, effectively deter the US.

but Iran, with rich experience in modern warfare. Can't effectively deter the US?

Because the US doesn't understand fake Pakistani jokes?
