Some of the Gurkha folks do look like this, but you'd be amazed how strong they are. Living in hilly areas gives them amazing immunity to common diseases that we suffer from - living in the plains.
Pakistani tribal people try Bangladeshi food, I found the reactions to be mildly amusing.
