Question is not who wants to use it. Question is whether it is available for use or not. It is not available directly. I do not know whether it can be used indirectly. Evenif, I want, i will not be able to use it.

You can VPN it easy. I sometimes check tiktok when some content is posted on one of these forums.. short form videos of people doing stupid xhit is what its known for, also little bits and bobs of other news.

My expertise on China is mainly strategic and military.

And much of that comes from serving officers nearing General rank now.

So (even) you would understand its not something that can be indulged in here.
