Ukraine targeted an operating nuke reactor, obviously upon US/ Nato's instructions. Putin sahb is furious. Luckily there was no serious damage or containment failure. Here in Japan when the Daichi reactor blew up during that tsunami, there is a 30 km exclusion zone all around it for the next 100 years. Nobody is allowed in or you get cancer. Same same in Chernobyl. Attacking a running reactor is a very serious criminal offense.
