Balochistan (Pakistani) gets more help from Iran than Pakistan.

This is a fact of their informal economy.

I know less about KPK.

How do we get our oil from them? How is the crude transported?

Ok, AI sez:

...they have been actively developing their own shipbuilding capabilities and have built several tankers, including one for a foreign customer, according to OilPrice.com. They also have a fleet of tankers, including VLCCs and Suezmax tankers, that are increasingly being used to transport Iranian crude oil, according to NDTV Profit. Iran's National Iranian Tanker Company (NITC) is also involved in the construction and purchase of new tankers.
Reliance on its own fleet:
Iran is increasingly relying on its own fleet to transport crude oil, particularly as sanctions and international shipping companies' reactions to those sanctions have impacted their ability to use other tankers, according to NDTV Profit.
Self-sufficiency:
Iranian officials have stated that they are self-sufficient in building ships and don't need foreign assistance, according to OilPrice.com
Expanding the fleet:
Iran is actively expanding its tanker fleet through new construction and purchase, including a project to replace 25 tankers with a total capacity of 6 million tons, according to Wikipedia

regular VLCC and smaller ones, Iran India is a short route. We get from everywhere.

interestingly, just saw this:

The largest Ultra Large Crude Carrier (ULCC) to dock in India was the MSC Tรผrkiye, which arrived at Vizhinjam International Seaport in April 2025. This vessel is one of the largest and most fuel-efficient container ships in the world, capable of loading around 24,346 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs). The MSC Tรผrkiye's docking marked a significant milestone for India's first deepwater transshipment port and for the country's maritime industry.

They can only come alongside at deepwater ports, or they remain at sea and smaller (still huge) ships pe offload karte hai, ship to ship.
