Though B'lore is supposed to be pretty nice, pleasant climate year round. Infra ka lafda hai, flooding, water-logging..

Doc sb is in Pune, also supposed to be better than most.

North east clean hai, logon k attitudes, particularly toward women and freedom are different from the mainland, Nagas, Manipuris, Sikkim folk.. slanty eyed Chinese looking crew.

Bengal is a dump, as is a lot of Assam.

Entire subcontinent is one big dump. Especially the plains people - paharis are a lot better.

Teaching these people to be responsible adults is a huge uphill job.

@Lulldapull can tell you how fanatic Japanese are about cleaning up, even they recycle the correct type of item in correct receptacles. And wash their recyclables before putting them in the blue containers. Germans and Scandinavians are the same way.
