Khansama wars are legendary among Parsi caterers.

In Jamshedpur there was a Muslim guy Khalil who was the de facto "Parsi" caterer for all lagans and navjotes.

Kaleji is so rich in iron man. Parsi kids grow up big and strong on that and kharriya (paya).

I can polish off plates of the dry kaleji masala. Easy.

His head chef defected doc cuz Jimmy boy was paying double for his legendary Berry Chicken Pulao recipe. Ullu ka putthha quit and defected aur ab Jimmy boy out of business.

WTF if I had like $10 million spare......I'd go there with Khoshnood bhai and resurrect it.......but I don't got it.

Found out that middle of the street location they asking $10 million USD for it. Sounds like Jimmy bhai was drowning in debt.

There was a legendary burger joint in Poona in the 90s. Jaws. The owner's son in law Jehaan used to run it. Then he got into event management. Jaws Events. And the old bungalow got into a legal wrangle with a shady banya builder. Jaws closed down. But the fat nepali cook used to work then for Olympia kaati kabab rolls off East Street. I would meet him in my young daddy days. He would come over and make burgers for the kiddie parties. Its all in the hands man.

You know he's done an Ashkanian chicken with Hing and Lovag herb, ancient Ashkanian (Parthian) recipe with a red wine marinade.

Now where to find Lovag herb......?

Commercial Hing is also contaminated with turmeric.

I need to find this Lovag herb to see wtf this thing was/ is?
